Allie Farrell

Partnerships Manager

Allie joined Children’s Funding Project in 2021. As partnerships manager, she leads Children’s Funding Project’s efforts to build and sustain relationships with national, state, and local organizations working to advance equitable opportunities for kids.

Prior to this role, Allie was a program manager at the Social System Design Lab in the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, where she engaged young people, educators, and community leaders in understanding health and education inequities through the lens of systems thinking and system dynamics methods. Allie brings to Children’s Funding Project over 10 years of experience in youth development, program development, and community engagement, including two years serving in the Peace Corps as a community HIV outreach worker in South Africa.

Originally from California, Allie has a bachelor’s degree in international development from UCLA and a Master of Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Allie currently lives in St. Louis, MO where she loves exploring the Midwest, eating good food, and playing games with her husband and two kids.
