Team Emma ReillyPolicy Fellow, Voter-Approved Children's Funds Email Emma joined Children’s Funding Project in the spring of 2025 as a Policy Fellow, supporting and advancing voter-approved children’s funds.Prior to this role, Emma served as a Research Associate for the Democratic National Committee, where she played a key role in the 2024 presidential election cycle. Her work involved conducting comprehensive opposition research, analyzing legislative records, media coverage, and financial data to inform campaign messaging. Emma also brings extensive campaign experience, having worked on seven political campaigns at the local, state, and national levels. She also served as a Press Intern in Senator Amy Klobuchar’s Washington, D.C. office. Emma brings a strong commitment to advocacy to her work at Children’s Funding Project.Emma earned a Master of Arts in Political Communication from American University in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication Studies from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. Originally from Minnesota, she now resides in Washington, D.C. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
