Harriet Dichter

Harriet Dichter brings her experience in early childhood policy, strategy, and implementation to the Children’s Funding Project. For the past decade she as worked consultant and previously had leadership roles in the public, advocacy, foundation, and nonprofit sectors advancing early childhood systems and services, whether at the local, state or federal level. She is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
