Sarah Eicher

Sarah is a cost modeling coach who joined the Children’s Funding Project in June 2022. She builds state and local cost models for early childhood programs and systems, as well as works to develop standardized cost modeling tools and principles. As a lifelong learner, creativity and curiosity drive her desire to engage people to amplify and co-design strategies for social impact.

Prior to starting at Children’s Funding Project, Sarah worked at the Forum for Youth Investment as a program associate. In that role, she designed and coordinated training opportunities for youth development professionals to build capacity for continuous quality improvement and advanced policy strategies to support the out-of-school time field.

Sarah holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan, with an emphasis on community development and social systems analysis. On any given day, you can find her nerding out about human-centered design, adding to her houseplant collection, or bopping to a live music set with friends.
