Esther Grambs

Manager, Federal Fiscal Data

Esther joined Children’s Funding Project in 2021 as an intern and now manages Children’s Funding Project’s portfolio of federal data products and research. The flagship product of this portfolio is the Federal Funding Streams for Children and Youth Services database. Esther is also the in-house expert on federal child policy, including legislation, current law, regulation, congressional budgeting, funding mechanisms, the grant process, and federal news.

Esther holds a master’s of public policy degree from George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree in international affairs, concentrating in economics and public health, also from George Washington University. She has previously worked in federal public health advocacy, diversity and equity policy in higher education, public health research, and international finance. She lives in Boston and in her free time enjoys cooking, baking, running, and befriending the neighborhood dogs and cats.
